Image Submission Guidelines
Here are some guideline are for submitting images for our monthly photo shares,* images for the member galleries, or just general use either on the web or for our monthly newsletter.
Formatting your files.
- Number of images depends upon usage. For the galleries submit between 8-12 images. For photo shares* 1-6.
- Convert image to sRGB.
- Make sure the longest dimension (either height or width) is 1200 pixels.
- Name the file with your last name first, first name last, with underscore between your first and last names. Then add number starting with 001. example doe_john001.jpg
- Save files as a jpg file format.
- Do not include any overlaid text, or a "fake" frame, or border in the photograph that is not part of the image, such as a copyright notice. A copyright notice, and your emal address will be added in your gallery.

*When submitting images for a photo share. Make sure you use the naming format listed above, and place your images in a separate folder/directory with your last name first, and your first name last, separated by a underscore "_". You can then add a discretion if you wish. example doe_john_may2010photoshare.
