Macro
The Macro Focus Group welcomes those photographers who find beauty in details: the patterns in a butterfly’s wing, a flower’s petal, or the iridescence of an abalone shell. The group currently has 48 members, from beginners to more advanced photographers, who are happy to share their experiences and expertise in close-up photography.
We hold field trips three or four times a year to venues which offer close-up opportunities. In October, we meet to share our work and to prepare for the focus group presentations in December.
