Procedures for Nominations of Three BPC Presenters
Every year three BPC club members are selected as featured presenters to showcase their photographic body of work. They will make their presentations at the September General Meeting. This not only honors their talent and contributions to the club, but it is also a special way to learn more about our fellow photographers.
Here are the procedures for nominating the three presenters.
1. All nominees must be active, paid BPC members and must not have been one of the presenters within the past 10 years.
2. Nominators must be members of the Board of Directors or Focus Group Leaders.
3. Potential nominees are first asked whether, if selected, they would be willing to be a presenter.
4. Self-nomination is possible. If someone would like to be one of the presenters, they may submit their self-nomination to a Board Member.
5. At the July Board meeting, the Board of Directors votes to select the Three Presenters from the list of nominees.
