Guidelines for exhibitors: You may exhibit one image, which should be framed under glass (unless printed on canvas, metal, or glass, or laminated on gatorboard) and must be ready to hang. About the size: Maximum of around 30 inches on the long side--if it is a bit more, that's fine. No worries. We do not want to be rigid, only to avoid images that may be too big for the spaces at the restaurant.
